Shipping Policy

We ship to destinations in Canada. Free standard shipping is available for Canadian orders and the applicable option is shown during checkout.

Order handling

We normally process orders within 1–2 business days after the order is accepted. Processing includes order review, payment authorization, and preparation for dispatch. Orders placed around weekends, holidays, or service interruptions may begin processing on the next business day.

Transit and delivery estimate

Processing: 1–2 business days.
Carrier transit after dispatch: 4–6 business days.
Normal expected delivery: 5–8 business days from the date the order is placed.

The delivery estimate is a normal expectation rather than a guaranteed appointment. Weather, carrier capacity, remote-area service, incorrect address information, and other events outside our reasonable control may extend the timeline.

Address and delivery issues

Please review the shipping address before submitting an order. If a parcel is delayed, damaged, appears incomplete, or cannot be delivered, contact us with the order number and the relevant details so we can review the carrier status and next step.
